(DONE) Motor Control: BTN9960LV

Find out how to operate the two halfbridges on the BTN9960LV eval board.

Using class SysFSPWMPin ((DONE) PMW Abstraction On Top Of /sys/class/pwm/) and class SysFSGPIO ((DONE) GPIO Abstraction On Top Of /sys/class/gpio/), write a class that we can use.
